What constitutes a rental period?

24-hour days.
Weekend Rates
Saturday Day Rate - due back by 5:30 pm
Saturday 4 pm to Monday 8 am - one day rate
NO FREE TIME
We charge for all time out, including Saturday, Sunday, and
holidays. Time charge is from time stamped out on the contract to
time stamped in on the contract. Save money by returning equipment
promptly!
Hours
Monday - Saturday: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
Sundays (April 1 - October 31) 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Delivery & Pick-Up
Available at an additional charge.
Fuel
All equipment is delivered to you with full fuel tanks. Customer is
responsible for all fuel.
Insurance
Customers are responsible for theft, damage, vandalism and abuse to
equipment rented. A certificate of insurance is required for large
equipment.
Rental Policy
Your acceptance of equipment is the acceptance of our rental terms.
These are on the contract, please read it! Rental will be charged at
the lowest applicable rate.

Inflatables, Games, & Concession Equipment
Inflatable rides and concession food equipment can be picked up any time the day of the event and are due back the next morning by 9:00 am. On Sundays when we are open, they can be picked up after 10:00 am.

Rates are based on a daily charge. There are no weekend rates.

Long-Term Rental Rates
Published rental charges are based on short-term need, day, week, or
month. Through advance negotiation and guaranteed term rental, we
will submit special offers.
Rates
Rental prices on all equipment are based on 8 hours per day, 40
hours per week and 160 hours per month, which allows for periods of
idleness. If your job requires additional hours of operations per
day, the rate will be 1 1/2 times the listed price for 8-16 hours.
For 16-20 hours, the rate will be 2 times the listed rate. Eight (8) hours
free time is included on all metered equipment. If you go over 8 hours per day,
you are charged for the difference. These charges are noted on the
contract.
Equipment rented from us has a specific purpose and is to be used only for that designed purpose.

For your convenience, our event rate or weekend rate allows for pick-up an time on Friday and return any time Monday.
Dishes and glassware are clean and ready for use. For sanitary reasons, all must be washed prior to return or a cleaning charge will be assessed $35 per hour.
Reservation/Deposits
One half of booking is necessary to confirm and is non-refundable.
Balance is due one week prior to delivery or pickup. Unless other
arrangements are made, the remaining deposit will be put on your
credit card.
Loss/Damage Deposit
The loss/damage deposit consists of 12% of the order, with a minimum deposit of $15 required.
Canopy reservations require payment in full. There is a $100
cleaning deposit on Grills. All deposits are held in addition to
rent and will be refunded within five days upon satisfactory return
and check-in of all equipment.
Delivery charges include normal tailgate/ground floor delivery and pick-up, but does not include setting up or breaking down of equipment. Tables and chairs should be down and stacked for pick-up and protected from the weather. Minimum delivery charge is based on a five-mile radius, $9 per mile ($45). Deliveries after 10 miles will be charged $5.00 per additional mile. On-site labor charges, if requested. $35/man hour, 1 hour minimum. Canopy set-up rate is $70 per canopy.
Additions to your orders are always welcome and are subject to availability. We request that no deletions be made prior to date in order to ensure availability to others.
After hour deliveries will be $70/man hour.
