Choosing the Right Size Tent for Your Event
Selecting the proper size tent is an art. There are many
factors that can effect the space requirements for any
given event. At Ralph's, our consultants have years of
experience helping customers plan their events. They
know the right questions to ask and how to design tent
layout to meet your needs.
When planning
a tented event, we recommend that you call our office
and have one of our professionals help you select the
proper size for your special event.
To assist you
online, our price list includes a reference that
includes an average range of guest attendees. For
smaller tents, the average guest number is based on a
sit down dinner party. For larger tents, the
average guest number is based on a full seating, buffet,
or dinner dance.
Don't forget
to accommodate extra space for head tables, the bar and
cocktail lingering, gift tables, dance floors, stage,
karaoke, etc. All, of course that can be rented
through
Ralph's Party World.
But, please remember these accessories and their spacing
is not figured into the average number of guest
